Our Strength class is a customized group training experience designed to help you increase lean muscle mass, improve movement quality, and build a strong foundation for long-term fitness. Whether you’re new to lifting or looking to supplement your current routine, this class is ideal for anyone who wants structured, progressive strength work in a supportive and coached environment.

Each class features a mix of:

• Functional strength movements like pushing, pulling, and squatting

• Bodybuilding-style complexes for muscle development

• Accessory exercises to target stabilizers and improve performance

Sessions are led by skilled coaches who guide you through technique, pacing, and progression. The result? Smarter strength gains and long-lasting results.
