Working one-on-one with a coach offers an unparalleled experience where clients will receive personalized attention and results-driven programming. New clients will start with a functional movement screen, where coaches will assess movement patterns and create a customized program to help their clients move better and more efficiently. No matter your goal, our coaches will create a measurable, trackable program just for you.
The Power House also offers semi-private training for groups of 2-4 people. This option is great for people who enjoy the focused attention of a Performance Coach, and are interested in reducing their per-cost session price and training with others. Small group training can be done with friends or family, or can be arranged by your coach to work with another athlete with a similar schedule. There is a strict 24 hours in advance cancellation policy on all semi-private sessions.

Do you have a big performance goals or want to continue your training on the road? Our remote programming creates a way for you meet your goals without physically being at our gym. Whether you’re on the road for work, live outside the Twin Cities, or need extra support — remote programming is right for you. There is also no goal too small or too big. We’ve worked with everyone from college athletes to marathoners to Olympic skiers to professional basketball players. We’re ready to help you get you to where you want to be.
