Working one-on-one with a coach offers an unparalleled experience to receive personalized attention and results-driven programming. New clients will start with a Functional Movement Screen and/or additional assessments, where coaches will monitor movement patterns and identify areas of strength and vulnerability. Next your coach will design a science-based fitness program specifically for your abilities and goals. Then you put in the work together to get results! Re-assessment phases will be built into your program to measure progress and track your achievements.

Developing a relationship with your TPH expert strength and conditioning coach is a life-changing experience! The expertise, accountability, and energy we bring to each session helps bring your exercise experience to a whole new level of fun. We will work with your schedule, your location (virtual or in-person), and your goals. At The Power House, you are in the very best hands. Our clients have achieved great things through their personal training investments, including climbing mountains, PR’ing lifts, reducing cholesterol and body fat, rehabbing an old injury, and discovering a newfound confidence and passion for movement!
Design Your Experience- Small Groups
The Power House also offers semi-private training for groups of 2-4 people. This option is great for people who enjoy the focused attention of a Performance Coach and are interested in reducing their per-cost session price and training with others. Small group training can be done with friends or family or can be arranged by your coach to work with another athlete with a similar schedule.

Let our coaches write you a custom program to get you there- there is also no goal too small or too big. We’ve worked with everyone from college athletes to marathoners to Olympic skiers to professional basketball players, as well as those working to get their first pull-up or build their 1 rep max back squat.
