Our Olympic lifting class is designed to enhance your technique and performance in the Snatch, Clean & Jerk, and their auxiliary lifts. Whether you’re new to lifting or training for a competition, this class provides a powerful blend of technical coaching and smart programming to help you build strength and confidence under the barbell.
Each session focuses on one key weightlifting movement with repeated drills to develop muscle memory, improve precision, and reinforce proper form. Olympic lifting is known to enhance athletic performance across many domains—including power, speed, coordination, accuracy, and balance—making it a perfect complement to CrossFit, HYROX, or any general strength training program.
