What is hyrox?
HYROX is a global fitness competition and training methodology that combines running with functional strength movements. Each HYROX race features 8 functional exercises—such as sled pushes, rowing, lunges, and burpees—paired with 1K runs between each station.
At TPH, our HYROX training classes are designed to simulate this structure, helping you build:
