Summer Camps Start June 15th
Summer will look different this year, but we are still planning camps that will be super fun, engaging, and sporty! We want to get kids moving and excited about fitness.
To register, please complete the Google Form and complete a waiver for your athlete. A TPH staff person will then follow up with you to complete your purchase(s). If you have a MindBody account with us, please make sure you have a valid stored credit card on file to expedite the process!
All families who purchase 2+ weeks of camp or ten packs will receive 10% off their purchases. Also, we would love if you would spread the word! If there are friends of your kids who would like to be in camp together, please let us know to make sure they are paired in the same groups. Additionally, if you have families who could utilize scholarships for summer, please connect them to us!
The health and safety of our campers and staff is always our top priority, and ever more so this year. We will be methodically following CDC cleaning standards for equipment, keeping camp groups in pods of 9 or less, and enforcing social distancing between campers. Any equipment that is used longer than 30 minutes will be sanitized before continued use, and all equipment will be sanitized at the end of camp. Athletes may work in pairs for some activities or games (while still maintaining at least six feet apart), and will have the same partner for the week of camp to minimize additional interactions between campers. Please review the Health Screen and Summer Camp Rules and save them as photos on your phone to refer to each day upon drop-off.
Youth Movement & Sport Camps
Grades 3-5 and Grades 6-8
Movement awareness and mechanics will be taught through fun, high energy workouts and games. The workouts will teach excellent movement patterns and build physical stamina, strength, and aerobic capacity, and the games will focus on fun, friendly competition and sportsmanship, and team work skills. Before we wrap up for the day, we will introduce a short yoga sequence and breath work – tools to help kids de-stress and refocus.
$150 per camp week

**minimum of 5 participants per camp in order to run. If we have under that, we will refund or transfer weeks if possible.

Peak Performance Camps
Peak Performance Camp teaches proper movement mechanics within a functional fitness framework, offering each athlete the experience of challenge and reward in every session. While we incorporate CrossFit movements and a handful of WODs (high intensity workouts) into the programming each week, the PPC program incorporates traditional strength cycles, injury prevention movements, speed-agility-quickness training, and force production drills.

Girl Power Camp!
Calling at strong, fierce females! Join the fun female coaches at The Power House for a camp of activities for becoming a powerhouse in all areas of your life! At each two-hour session there will be a high-energy workout, along with creative tools to get you tapped into your passions and goals for your bright future.

Soccer Strong Camp
Grades 6-8 and Grades 9-12
Join our Small Group Training for Soccer players! These sport specific sessions offer customized programming and attention to the needs of each individual player within a small group setting. This program is great for the competitive play development and builds a solid foundation for excellence in the beautiful game.

Soccer Strong Camp session include:
- Soccer-specific skills, drills, and short sided games.
- Strength training
- Speed, agility, and quickness work
- Recovery protocols
- Warm-up and cool-down protocols
- Breath control and flexibility training
- Goal setting, positive imagery, and team building activities

College Prep Academy
Grade 12-College Athletes
This focused training camp is for athletes pursuing excellence at the collegiate level. The College Prep Academy will include customized strength and conditioning programming (if you don’t have a program from your coach), nutrition coaching, body composition testing, and personal training check-ins. There will be a coach there to help you warm up specific to your training and there to assist to challenge yourself or scale movements when needed. We have a great facility filled with all the weights you may need, turf, and many cardio machines specific to sport.
