Individual Performance Coaching
Work with a TPH coach to create the perfect program to achieve your goals. This highly customized program will include multiple cutting edge assessments to test how you move, exposure to injury, and performance metrics specific to your sport and goals. Training will be coordinated based on your schedule and maximize time spent in the gym. This is a great option if you need flexible scheduling! Our program is a total of 13 sessions (1 assessment session, customized corrective exercises based on your results, and 12 personal training sessions) at a price of $1,200.00. 2022 Summer Intensive Program
Our summer intensive program brings advanced athletes and our professional performance coaches together for a customized experience that will set you up for your best season yet! The program runs in a small group format of 6-12 athletes from various sports, and is geared for the graduating high school senior and returning college athlete who wants to utilize their summer to build strength, speed, and power. Additionally, Summer Intensive athletes will be provided nutrition and body composition coaching, as well as regular assessments, corrective exercises, and programming based on their specific sport and competition goals.
The summer intensive experience is set to run Monday-Thursday from 10:30AM-12:00PM starting the beginning of June through early September, 2022 at our St. Louis Park location. Days, times, and location may be adjusted based on the preferences of the registered athletes, so please contact us with any questions you have on how the program will be run. The Summer Intensive program is $999 for all-access to training sessions + nutrition. We offer discounts for friends and teammates who sign up together – inquire to learn more!

Summer CrossFit Membership
Athletes who are home for the summer and are looking for a flexible and affordable workout routine need to look no further! Joining The Power House at either our St. Louis Park or Highland Park location as a CrossFit member gives you all-access to our group fitness schedule full of challenging, fun, and science-based workouts each day. Our programming addresses all athletic development needs, and will build strength, speed, power, coordination, endurance, agility, balance, stamina, flexibility, and accuracy in 60 minutes classes surrounded by fun people and great coaches! Our student summer membership special is $120 per month for unlimited classes and is valid May-September, 2022. Email us to take advantage of this great offer!

Josh Gray
Started his journey at Gustavus Adolphus College where he played basketball and majored in Exercise Physiology with a minor in Coaching. He has been with the Power House for 5 years as a full time coach. This has lead him to work with athletes of varying backgrounds. Spanning from youth/amateur up to pro and Olympic level athletes. He holds additional certifications from DBC and EXOS (DBCL L 1 & 2, EXOS Fitness Specialist).

Orthopedic assessments, speed agility quickness (SAQ), sports performance, return from injury/post physical therapy
Steve Cherekos
Steve Cherekos M.Ed., CSCS has 12+ years strength and conditioning experience in various sports. He has worked with youth athletes through professional hockey players and Olympians. Over the course of his career Steve has been exposed to strength training techniques from some of the best strength coaches in college and pro hockey, speed development techniques from world-renowned sprint coaches, endurance techniques from professional cycling coaches, and recovery modalities from a wide array of coaches in high-level athletics. These experiences have given him a unique and effective toolbox from which to help players become high performing, elite athletes.
