Happy fall, TPH community! A few weeks before Thanksgiving is usually a rush. Family coming into town, cleaning the house, finishing midterms, and working out at your favorite gym seems like a lot to fit onto your plate (no pun intended)! There always seems to be something going on as the holiday season comes closer. The last thing you should worry about is creating healthy breakfasts for you and your family. Your friends here at TPH have you covered! Try out this overnight recipe to ease some of the stresses of your mornings! Super healthy, super easy, and fun to meal prep…what more do you need?
Ingredients:
- ½ cup Quaker Oats
- 1 ½ teas. Lemon juice
- ½ cup almond or coconut milk
- ½ teas. Vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- ½ cup raspberries
- 1/8 cup shredded coconut
- ½ of a Banana
Instructions:
- Add Quaker Oats to your container of choice
- Pour in the mixture milk, lemon juice and vanilla extract.
- Add chia seeds.
- Alternate between layers of raspberries, layers of shredded coconut and layers of banana slices.
- Refrigerate
