Joining The Power House as a group fitness membership provides you access to all classes at our Highland Park and St. Louis Park gyms. With classes spanning from early morning to evening 7 days per week and numerous different styles of training, we are the community of athletes and coaches here to elevate your fitness experience.


Choose Your Path
Our memberships are designed to work for our athletes’ real lives. Each person can select their membership based on their goals and the times per week they will take class in-person. We request new members take a short survey to understand their goals and motivations for training, so we can help coordinate a schedule and hold you accountable! We’ve also put together a dropbox folder full of resources to help you learn more about CrossFit, nutrition tips, scaling workouts, and more!

Ways to Save on Membership!
- Take advantage of our Annual Membership option and pay for a year upfront and receive one payment free! Email us to register.
- Refer your friends and everyone saves!! Members can bring a friend to their first class for FREE. If that friend signs up for a membership, both the new and existing member gets $50 off their next autopay as a referral bonus!
- We are enrolled in multiple insurance reimbursement and incentive programs!
