Summer Teen Strength ProgramĀ
Each summer we kick off 10-12 weeks of teen-specific strength and conditioning classes with a focus on developing well-rounded athletes. This program is taught by instructors who are enthusiastic and passionate about youth training, and they strive to not only develop great athletes, but great people. Our classes are a great workout, and also focus on injury prevention, general physical preparedness and healthy lifestyle habits. Athletes will increase their speed, agility, power, strength and endurance, and become more confident and knowledgable on their fitness.
Our coaches teach proper movement mechanics within a functional fitness framework, offering each athlete the experience of challenge and reward in every session. While we incorporate CrossFit movements and a handful of WODs (high intensity workouts) into sessions, our program also includes traditional strength cycles, injury prevention movements, and speed-agility-quickness training. This is perfect for athletes who may be over-specialized in a sport or looking to break through into the next level of their athletic potential.
Our summer program is open to ALL youth athletes ages 13-17. We recommend athletes come a minimum of twice per week for optimal results.
