Nutrition

At The Power House, we believe that diet and exercise go hand-in-hand when optimizing total health and wellness. Coaching our clients on their nutritional knowledge and decision-making processes is a natural progression while helping them achieve their fitness goals. Our nutrition services are based on our fundamental principles and values that a) there is no singular diet that works for every person b) each person is coached as a unique individual with goals, experiences with food, and abilities specific to them and c) nutrition coaching should be based on science and evidence-based practices.
 
Our nutrition team is led by our Registered Dietitian, Gina Fangel, along with our Performance Coaches trained within the Precision Nutrition certification framework: Ashley Stiles, Jill Lipset, Max Lipset, Anna Baer, Jenna Birch, and Jeremy Norberg. Our Precision Nutrition coaches are skilled and qualified to provide exemplary nutrition coaching to the majority of clients, while our R.D. can lead and oversee advanced nutrition strategies, medical interventions, and specialty needs as they arise.
 
Our programs provide a comprehensive approach to the tools and skills necessary to succeed in transformational change. Macro Manager Program: 

The TPH Macros Manager Program is a guided journey for tracking macronutrients on your own. This accessible program gives participants the information they need to get started, tools to manage their daily intake, and consistent checkpoints to stay on track. 

  • Initial intake form and macro recommendations 
  • Daily tracking required in MyFitnessPal
  • Submission of weekly intake data (downloadable PDF from MyFitnessPal) with coach feedback via email or text (based on client preference) 
  • Additional customization to macronutrients as needed 
  • Pricing  at $99/month

Nutrition Package

Foundations Program:  

Our Foundations Program is perfect for individuals looking to explore their relationship with the food they eat and how it impacts how they feel. Our nutrition coaches will provide athletes with a core understanding of what types of foods to incorporate into a healthy diet and give customized recommendations for each individual. The Foundations Program all about the “big picture” and focuses on education and accountability. Foundations is a three-month commitment and includes: 

  • A monthly InBody test 
  • Initial 60 minute intake session 
  • Weekly check in with a coach 
  • Coach Check ins can be 15-30 min phone call, brief face to face and/or email 
  • Custom materials like meal plans or tracking sheets may be provided depending on goals and readiness 
  • $600 for three-month commitment

Accelerated Program:  

The Accelerated Program is for individuals with a background in nutrition work or who have completed the Foundations Program and are ready to experience more advanced nutritional strategies under the expert guidance of a coach. This program will be customized to the goals and background of each person and may introduce options like macro tracking, intermittent fasting, or specialty eating interventions based on medical or performance goals. The Accelerated Program is a three month commitment and includes: 

  • A monthly InBody test 
  • Initial 60 minute intake session 
  • A weekly check-in with a coach 
  • Coach Check ins can be 15-30 min phone call, brief face to face and/or email 
  • Custom materials like meal plans or tracking sheets may be provided depending on goals and readiness 
  • $600 for three-month commitment

Maintenance Program:  

Our Maintenance Program is created for individuals who have previously gone through our Foundations or Accelerated Programs or have a background in nutritional work. This program is designed to provide accountability on an ongoing basis, utilizing our nutrition coaches to stay on track with their goals, adjust strategies as needed, or answer questions as they arise. The Maintenance Program is a three-month commitment and includes: 

  • A monthly InBody test prior to monthly check in 
  • Weekly email/text touchpoint 
  • Monthly 30 minute appointment with a coach 
  • $297 for three-month commitment
