Our nutrition coaches will provide athletes with a core understanding of what types of foods to incorporate into a healthy diet and give customized recommendations for each individual. The Accelerated Program is for individuals with a background in nutrition work or who have completed the Foundations Program and are ready to experience more advanced nutritional strategies under the expert guidance of a coach. This program will be customized to the goals and background of each person and may introduce options like macro tracking, intermittent fasting, or specialty eating interventions based on medical or performance goals. The Accelerated Program is a three month commitment and includes:
Our Maintenance Program is created for individuals who have previously gone through our Foundations or Accelerated Programs or have a background in nutritional work. This program is designed to provide accountability on an ongoing basis, utilizing our nutrition coaches to stay on track with their goals, adjust strategies as needed, or answer questions as they arise.
