The brand new Peak Fitness program has been designed by our very own professional coaches, Max Lipset and Nick Simonelli. They have collaborated with Summit Orthopedics physicians and therapists to create this leading edge programming of customized fitness within a group class. This program will help you develop PEAK overall fitness as well as preventing injuries. Peak Fitness programming will offer a variety of movements to advance in: balance, flexibility and agility to improved strength and conditioning. Peak Fitness classes are open to all levels of fitness, and will challenge participants to continually improve from wherever they start from. This class is focused on developing strength and fitness safely and sustainably. By emphasizing quality warmups, proper technique in lifts, and less focus on Olympic lifting and advanced gymnastics, participants will build strength, burn body fat and move closer to their Peak fitness without injury and in a very time efficient format.
We believe that recovery is a critical piece for athletic development, and offer our athletes multiple classes each week at all our locations to help to prevent or rehabilitate injuries, relax, breathe, and move mindfully.
The Loft is a beautiful space at our Highland location that offers a well-rounded set of classes. From Power and Recovery Yoga to mobility classes to high intensity interval training — the Loft has experiences for people who love all types of fitness. The Loft provides movement meditations and links breath to each movement — whether in a Yoga class or a Kettlebell strength class, your breath is always in the forefront of class.
