The Power House has a long and proud history of training athletes to the peak of their athletic potential and sport performance. We work with high-level high school, college, and professional athletes from all sports and have helped them succeed and reach their goals. Summer is when our annual program runs, though we continue to work with many of our athletes year-round. Our summer program includes for all participants:
- Designated training times at St. Louis Park from 8:30AM-10:00AM Monday/Tuesday/Thursday/Friday ($1,400 value)
- Additional open gym training times plus make-up or accessory sessions within group class settings ($150 value).
- Monthly InBody body composition tests ($75 value).
- Nutrition programming and support ($200 value).
- Functional Movement and performance testing ($100 value).
- Custom programming based on sport, testing results, and goals
- Injury prevention correctives ($100 value).
- Ongoing coaching support
