The Benefits of Private Training
The Power House offers many types of training for every one of our members. From yoga to WODs to private training, we have your back during your fitness journey. One option, private training, offers a unique set of benefits for individual fitness.
Working one-on-one with a coach offers an unparalleled experience where you will receive personalized attention and results-driven programming. New clients start with functional movement screening where coaches will assess movement patterns and create a customized program to help you move better and more efficiently. No matter your goal, our coaches will create a measurable and doable program just for you.
Our goal is to find what training program will be the most impacting and sustainable option for YOU. If you want one-on-one training, we have the trainers for you. We also offer small group training for groups of 2-8 people. This option is great for families, friends, co-workers or teammates looking to sweat and succeed together. Small group training is a two session minimum.
Private training is an excellent option for beginners to develop a strong personal relationship with a coach, receive individualized attention, and have maximum flexibility with scheduling and frequency of training. Beginning with 2-5 private training sessions is a great way to discover your fitness baseline and decide, with the support of your coach, what services would be best for you moving forward.
